Love the splash page. On the layout i like the header but not the things down the side. They remind me of elephant legs

I quite like the side parts (@the one guy) they are less 'blocky'.
and tbh, i like it that its one on top & bottom instead of one big bar.

Maybe lower the opacity or spread of the green glow...

I do not know much php or div using, but if i use tables i could get it expandeble yes.

I like the layout, it is very nice and a lot of things happening. Probably not something i'd choose for my site, but I like it.

The splash page is awesome, I really like that. 9/10 on the splash page, I'm not sure what scan lines would look like in the background... thats something that might make it even nicer.

Over all 8/10 (for layout). Great work!
