is that all you really need? people have like complicated software and stuff

i use paint
Free software that comes with the pc
pretty easy to use instead of using cropping tools you need to use your pencil!!

theres always paintshop pro (hard), microsoft photodraw (fairly easy, and a million times better than paint).

No, there is no complicated stuff. There are no programs that make your alts better. Use paint, I had my own alt page on habbox, thats what I used every time
