I was making Kraft Dinner and I wasn't watching the pot and it boiled over and the water and the juice from the noodles is like baked on the stove!
It's a smooth top, any suggestions as to how to get this off.
ALSO, you can't use anything sharp!

Plastic spatula? Scrapescrape.
washing up liquid & a sponge & scrub it?

Er.. wipe it with a dishcloth or scape it with something that isn't sharp
Do they have that in America?
I'd damp it down and like Claz said use some washing up liquid, leave it for about 10 minutes and it should come off easier.
