How did the eid mubarak poster get up to 5 HCs?

Well, it is a nice poster, plus a lot of habbos want to buy them - there aren't that many around to be honest. Plus, as the months go on, they will become more rare, and people will take this into account, so they will sell for much more. Or not even sell them, but keep them for the price to rise, making themselves a nice profit from what they originally got them for (3creds from the catalogue once upon a time).
That's what I think at least.
At the moment, actually, they do sell for more - I've seen one going for 7hcs unpure recently.
