    How do i get recommended, cos i'd really like to try out on the help desk.

    To get recommended you have to just be friendly and helpful to anybody who comes to the help desk. Then if staff notice you, you may be recommended.

    yes. it is quite hard though, keep at it.

    you need to be reccomended by staff TWICE though, and helpdesk management must agree with the reccomendation.
