No there isn't any requierments. Just to the Kalphite lair with a rope, some waterskins (for the short journy) and anti-poison pots and kill!

If you're killing the little ones, you dont need anything, if you're killing any other ones, Anti-poison.

^^^ Yeah. No point taking anything exept waterskins (if you want) and rope if your task is just Kalphites (the little level 20+ ones).
