People will always be able to get your HTML, I can't imagine why you would need to hide it.

Don't think it's possible, but unless it's good coding there is nothing to be ashamed about.

If you're worried about people stealing your style you can always add a stylesheet instead

PHP is a server side language, so the client wont see it (normally when the page is requested, PHP creates the HTML which is then sent to the client).
