She wants to stop eating cakes!!

Haha ive watched this show loads.
I can watch it as many times as i want cos its on NTL's new "On demand" thing and its free. I do feel sorry for her in a way, because she has been fat all her life and beyond points where she had much care.
And its got too such a point that she doesnt know what to do.

I mean i do blame her for letting her self get that bad, but i still understand why she is upset.
