Looking For Good-Very Good skilled graphics designers

I am looking for web page designers that have a good to very good skill level with Abode Photoshop. I am looking for them to create a design that is unique yet practical.

Whats In It For Me?

A staff position on the site is the main prize. This could result in money being payed to you direct monthly if the site takes off. Once I have raised enough cahs a lump sum of money will also be available to the designer(s)

Specifications

We need to have a calming colour scheme. Any colours aslong as they fit inside that bracket

We also need 2 advertising boxes. 1 skyscraper box and 1 horizontal box.

We need a further 5 boxes. These consist of: Banner, Navigation, Latest Updates, Site Of The Week, And Affliates

Coding is not a must but would be prefered if it could be coded in CSS/DIV's (I can add PHP includes myself)

Deadline

The deadline for this is the 15th of September 2006 at 6 PM (GMT)

Additional Information

The judges desicion is final.
Any designs posted after the deadline will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances.

No-one does things in this depth for free, surely, that's just slave labour.

Especially, there's no guarentee'd pay.
