I REALLY Need Help!

I now have the money to host a website.. the problem is were can i go to host.. I only know, AX-HOSTING.COM & Hostingyoulike.com.

If i pay to host at a certain hosting site, will it let me create my website from there.. or do i have to do that sepreate at another place.. and pay more money? :S I'm very confused.

out of those two ax is the best but you have to create your website on your computer before you can host it

MAke the images, write the html coding etc.
Or use an editor to put it together for you.
