[Green parasol] - value - 1.5 - One of the least popular parasols and summer is over. - [Seen 4 times]

[Hammock] - Value - 1.5 - People dont pay that much for these, although they are incredibly rare, fairly unpopular. [Seen 2 times]

[Holiday romance] - Value - Value 1.6 - A very nice rare, but as summer goes, it takes down the value of this rare - [Seen 3 times]

[Summer fan] - Value - 0.5 - Lots of people bought these, was in the catlagoue for a while and summer is gone, explains alot? - [Seen 5 times]

[Chinese lantern] - Value - 0.5 - An ok rare, only goes with a few certain rooms - [Seen 3 times]

- Start saving up for summer rares till the continue to drop, then buy in bulk for next summer, your sure to make a profit.

Increasing

[Shadow screen] - Value - 1hc - A nice rare for halloween themed rooms, and not many people bought these - [Seen 4 times]

[Smoke machine] - Value 1.5 - An ok rare, coming up to halloween and will suit halloween rooms - [Seen 6 times]

[Speakers corner] - Value 0.8 -Suits halloween rooms once again - [Seen 3 times]

[Snow globe] - value 2.2 - Rising slowly as Xmas comes - [Seen 4 times]

[Gold pillar] - Value 0.9 - An ok rare, the most disliked out of the pillars - [Seen 3 times]
