At the back corner somewhere, you could make it like a shop? with a staff area or something with one of those lodge barrel thingys.

I'd put the flags on the wall like you said, maybe a few lodge bars/corners on the outside. Mochas, and maybe barrel bars? Nice effort, 7/10 so far.
