    You buy them from Nooks shop o.O if he doesn't sell then you need to upgrade Nooks to Nookway but spending a certain amount in his shop

    I've got Nookingtons. Got a hair salon, it's cool. The watering Can is avalible from any of Nook's shops. I got mine at the beginning.
