Old news, new that when i was in Liverpool few weeks back.
Because we wanted to take my little cousin shopping but we couldnt because her car seat was fixed in her mums car.

There's also an age thing, which I strongly agree with as I think it'll be hilarious seeing 12 year-old wannagangsters on booster seats.
