Well i decided to do my first ever normal rares value report:
Key:
RED - Gone down in Habbox.com values
BLUE - Stable at Habbox.com values
GREEN - Gone up from Habbox.com values
Throne Sofa - 2.4 HC [3 Times] - It may go up due to the demand for creating royalty rooms and things like that because of the "Around the world" competitions.
Red Amber Lamp - 2.3 HC [2 Times] - It may go down even more due to the increase of people selling it for less and less.
Thats it for today, i've spent 3 hours chasing these around =]

Red Silk Pillow - 1 HC [4 Times] - This item is beginning to get popular, if i where you, id stock up!
Sea Dragon Lamp - 0.8 HC [3 Times] - I beleive this will go lower, due to the increased unpopularity of it, people just seem to dislike it.
