Throne 29 HC [Seen 6 Times] 28 HC [Seen 3 times]
Prediction: The throne is pretty stable for now, you get the odd 28 HC buyer, but sellers sell for 29 mostly, and you can expect a rise to 30 HC for halloween.

MochaMaster 0.5 HC [Seen 4 Times]
Prediction: The mocha will certainly stay at 0.5 hc, especially at winter, because it is kind of seen as a winter rare, what with a coffee to warm you up on a cold winter morning, also, most people find it very easy to sell for a 0.5 rare.

Green Parasol 1.5 HC [Seen 3 Times]
Prediction: Summer is gone, so parasols are less popular and They could drop to as much as 1.0 HC from what I've heard from my mates on my console!

Lapland Greetings 3.0 HC [Seen 3 Times]
Prediction: Xmas, still a few month off but that doesn't stop lapland greeting getting more popular, very hard to get, so the prices are much higher. I think it will still increase.

Alien Artifact #1337 1.5 HC [Seen 4 Times]
Prediction: Halloween is pushing up this cool rare, could possibly reach 2.0, but I doubt a big rise is imminent.

Disco Sign 0.5 HC [Seen 2 Times]
Prediction: Not very popular, I had real trouble selling mine for 0.6, and only just managed to sell this for 0.5 Probably stay at 0.5 for a very long time.

Green Pillow 16 HC [Seen 3 Times]
Prediction: On the rise daily now, Should hit 30 HC for halloween!

Tubmaster 0.5 HC [Seen 3 Times]
Prediction: Most people hate trading tubmasters for 0.3, as mostly 2 habbo plasto sets get offered, so they make the price 0.5 for a nice 0.5 Rare.
