It's nice to see they are recruiting more Player Support Staff. Probably because they understand it is one of their weakest areas at the moment. The increase in staff is probably the reason for the increase in Player Support quality.

Theyre in the Player Support blog, if any of you bother to read them...At least they added the guys! I wonder if theyll add that dude who was sighted in the Welcome lounge?
