Switching Licence?

The forum we had on our site was with some one elses license, but is there any way that we can change it so that it is with our Licence, but with the settings and styles off the old one?

Yeh, doing a forum backup;

deleting the forum files, reuploading all the files and then; reinstall the backup.

we are getting a new forum soon, we need to remove the files which we got with the old licence and replace them with our new 1s with the licence on. Is the licence in the database aswell?

also, how can I copy the files onto my computer?

i don't understand; are you saying; you got a new license, and you want to change it with the current one?

you'll need to re upload all the files, then install a backup.

I Just need a way of removing the forum, but put it on my computer, so I can remove it off the server.
