It is actually against Vbulletin terms + conditions to sell vbulletin boards as details such as email address' on file cannot be changed for this purpose.

Doesnt matter about that. It just means it was used on a site that wasnt the registered site. How much did you pay for it off your mate?
You can sell owned. You just email VB with the new details.

You can't change the details now untill another 3 months, you can only change the details every 3 months
