Headaches?

How do you get rid of headaches?
I usually just take painkillers.
Any other ways, I luckily don't get headaches often. You?

Paracetamol and drink lots of water, if it's really bad i have a sleep.
You're lucky not to get them often.
I have been getting loads of headaches recently, maybe because i've been watching a lot of tv and been on the computer a lot because i've had nothing to do. But I start college tomorrow so hopefully they will stop as i'll be keeping busy.

Besides the obivous painkillers, maybe if your on the computer/watching tv, stop for a while, have a lie down or a little nap, might help.

I dont really get headaches... but If its a mild one I just leave it alone...
If its a really bad one I take painkillers...

If you regulary have headaches and takes painkillers regularly, it wont amend the pain much, so you have to take a higher dose which can be bad for your health, eg your liver...

Painkillers or have a nice warm bath then i rest my head on something soft but not a pillow umm like my duvet and dont face anything bright coloured
