Default Tips for getting good abs.

Okay, well alot of people would love to have good abs, also known as a six pack.
Here, I have written a little guide which you can follow, to help you.

    1) You have a layer of fat over your stomach muscles.
In order to make your stomach muscles visible, you will need to loose that layer of fat. To do so you will need to loose weight and fat from your body.

    How to do this..

    - Eat 3 meals a day
    - Make sure they are healthy as possible
    - If you're going to snack, make it healthy e.g Fruit
    - Try and burn calories from your meals, the more calories you intake the more weight you will gain.
    - Exercise
    - You can eat some bad things, aslong as you will burn them off afterwards, but try avoiding to do so..

    2) Once you loose that layer of fat, you will be able to see your muscles. This doesn't mean all skinny people have six packs, it just means you can see there muscles, but theres more to it then that! Anyway, once you can see your muscles, or notice an improvement, you should start doing sit-up's and other exercises that TONE your abdominal muscles. This will make them bigger and clearer. Doing sit-ups wont help you loose the layer of fat, it will just give you toned muscles, so when you loose the fat, you will have some good muscles.

    Tips..

    - Work out 3 times a week for 20 mins.
    - If 20 mins is too long, gradually build up, start with 10
    - Do not work out hard every day, this will mean your body needs time to recover and your muscles will take longer to improve and tone.
