nice, but still seems very empty. try taking some stuff from other public rooms and alting that (hey, mini-alts! gotta try that lol) so you have more in there. plus, add the basic roomomatics and all that. 7/10 as it stands.

I think it will make a great base Maybe (for us) add some habbos rocking out and having something from the bar 7/10 at the moment

As you will notice, most Public Rooms with a bar have the racks.
Perhaps you could add them and add various drinks?
The kareoke looks nice, but if I was up there, I wouldn't be able to read the words!
Where's the TV for the kareoke?! @_@
Anyhoo.
A quick trip to Erics Eaterie will show you how to decorate a bar room like that - Add various racks, maybe a few pillars. They seem to be popular.
Your bar is missing a till and drinks dispencer.

You could add more detail to the wall - Perhaps wood detail for wood paneling?

I have lots of ideas for this - But you don't have to use them.
