You may already know from my other thread, I own a fansite called: Mini-I-FM (http://mini-i-fm.net). And my site has recently introduced its own Forum :] (Btw, i know the forum banner needs changing)

I do believe you could do much better considering the appearance of your other template, however the forum template is quite alright except the colour of the background stripes.
