Runescape & Habbo Values

I just wanted to gather a general value of Habbo furni with runescape cash/items.

For example:

Thrones = 1.6mil-2mil

etc.

I say :

1.3 Per Throne
50k per Hc

I think:
60k Per Hc
1.3 - 1.7 Per Throne (Depending on Throne Value as it is rising and falling all the time)

Thrones sometimes also go for a bit less if the person in question wants to get rid of them quickly.

Yeah normally 50k, but when like lots of people need HC's you get people offering 60k init.

Same with the thrones, it was all 1.2million now it's like 1.4-1.6mill
