Lumbridge Castle, 2nd floor, talk to the Duke of Lumbridge. He will give you one. It protects you from dragon breath and is useful for the quest before you have the "right" to wear rune body armour

yeah your right. u can get 1 anti shield and drop it on the ground and get another one. i tried getting 40 that time and some noob kept picking it off from the ground.
