I am overweight and fat...
All i eat is either:
Salad or slim fast meals.
All i do it lose weight and gain fat..
I also exercise regulary
I walk home, swim everyday sunday,go to the gym weekly
But i still remain fat..

I'm baffled tbh if your gaining fat its left over energy, But since you eat salads and exercise i wouldn't have the slightest clue
i am shocked to maybe it will just take a while for you, also slim fast is not very helpful , it just normal food kind of with a slimming label try to just eat whole meal bread. hope it helps good luck
Is your dad or mum the same size as you?
Maybe its the jeens my freind has the same problem he runs over 2 miles and hes alot heavier than me and he eats half what i eat and im 14 and weigh 8 stone
