Rares Increasing in value

[Lappland]Quite hard to find, seen sold at 3.5 twice and 3.4 once

[Chinese Sofa] Seen exchanged for a mocha 3 times (.4)
Rares Decreasing in value

[Red Amber] Seen these sold at 2 hcs quite frequently, about 5 times.

[Terracotta Pillar] Often traded at something else worth 1 hc. Seen 4 times.

[Superlove fan] Not a very popular rare, have had people offer many norms to get something worth an hc. .9 seen twice and .8 seen once

[Green Dragon] These are always sold at a pure hc, have been for quite a while. Seen 6 times.

[Disco Sign] Easily exchanged for other .5's. Seen 5 times.
