They do purchase History but it only shows "Catalogue Purchase" not actually what you bought.

I don't know about room history.

But Yes I agree, a kind of "Serial Number" on each piece of furni so its History is traceable?

Even if furni becomes traceable, there's no way to prove that you didn't just give the furni away..

Even if they had serial numbers on furni it would be stupid becasue you when you trade it and would be imposible to tell who had it first and who rightfuly own's it.
