Thread: New diet.

    Default New diet.

    As i never put on weight now i am and im starting to not feel good with the crp i eat so im gonna change my diet and be healthier
    Original Diet:
    Morning-4SlicesOfToast&milk
    Lunch-2Rolls&Carrots&Crisps&SourApple&juice
    End of day-2 crumpets and milk
    snacks-crisps/other junk

    New diet-
    Morning-1 or 2 Wheetabix
    Lunch-2Rolls&Carrots&Crisps&SourApple&Juice *Same* gonna remove crisps soon.
    End of day-crumpet and milk
    snacks-fruit.

    If i just ate this in a day i would be so bored of food and i would be hungry. You have to eat some hot meals surely, you appear to be getting no protein do you not eat meat?

    You should have a healthy meal at the end of the day something like grilled chicken breast and salad or fish and steamed vegtables.

    You cannot live on crumpets, bread, wheetabix thats like all carbohydrates, you have to eat a mix of the food groups to stay healthy and give you enough energy to actually exercize.

    Thanks i eat meat occasionaly mainly once a week and i have fish maybe 2 times a month cus my mum hardly makes that
    the meat i like is erm
    steak,pork and ders dis other 1 erm im not sure but im tryin to start to get into the habbit of hot meals i have pasta most the time
    what hot meals do u recomend i try?

    a crumpet isnt exactly dinner eat a proper dinner , it will actually be more heathiy for u than to just eat a crumpet

    Stop saying Wheetabix its Weetabix lol Sorry just had to point that out.
    Anyway.... It doesn't seem very practical to go without a proper dinner. I would suggest Fish pie tis nice and very healthy Oviously not every night thats just the kind of thing I would suggest lol or something like grilled chicken? GEORGE FOREMAN STYLE!!!

    Alright diet but as said above do some exercise.

    I try to exercise in the mornings but im too tired and at night but im too tired so im going to join my school gym which is £10 a month . Then it would motivate me a bit more to exercise. lol
