Ok first go to www.impetuous.net/radio.htm then you will need a radio server try pristinehost.com or ax-hosting.com but this will need to be paid for! Here is a radio player to put on your site.

Im not sure I think you can have around 10 listeners without paying but this means having one Dj and 10 listeners so Im not sure :S
