I havent noticed many changes at the moment, most rares seem to be stabel however i noticed a few minor changes:

Green Pillow:
18CS - Seen 3 Times.
19CS - Seen once.

- I don't think this will rise much now as people don't mind selling them around the Habbox guide price becasue they have already made a little profit. I think this might go down a few CS however it will rise after hallowe'en as it will be wanted at christmas.

Petal Patch:
3CS - Seen twice
3.5CS - Seen 3 times
4CS - Seen once

- Even tho this is a popular rare for casinos and ATW rooms at the moment i have seen people pay less for them, like most summer rares they arent really in demand at the moment. I think it will drop maybe rise if the snow is out at chirtsmas and will defo go up spring.

Throne:
27CS - Seen once
27.5CS - Seen once
28.0CS - Seen 3 times
28CS + Mocha - Seen once

- Looks like its on the rise again, people wanting hem for hallowe'en i guess.

Alien Artifact # 1337:
1.7CS -Once
2.0CS - 3 times

- Seen this traded for 2CS many times, ideal hallowe'een rare, can't see it going over 2HC this year tho.

Black Monolith:
4CS - Twice

- Seen people pay 4CS for these twice in the last half hour in a casino, nice hallowe'en rare.


As i said above most rares seem to be stable at the moment.
