Hey im kyle im 10 i nicked a layout and a boy is saying he is going to sue me £175.00+ can he do that?

Well, for starters, you stole the layout when it wasn't yours, but i don't think he could sue you for that much as your only ten. But, i don't know, if you were, it would be your parents that were sued & not you.

i dont think you will have to pay £175+, if he did it would be like a tenner or something, hes probably just trying to scare you

Age is not an issue. Your parents are responsible for your actions until you are 18, so if any legal action is taken against you, your parents are the ones that have to face the consequences.

Hi, I'm sure they can't sue you for that much. I would just remove the layout you stole.

Yea, like Matty said, remove/delete the layout you stole & say sorry, best you can do at the moment.
I personally don't think you'll get sued that much, it's probably just to scare you.
