Here is an idea:

Three levels of rights:

Level One: Open & Close Hatch's/Gate's.
Level Two: Open & Close Hatch's/Gate's AND Abbility to kik others.
Level Three:Open & Close Hatch's/Gate's, Abbility to kik others AND Abbility to move furniture.

Now, Wouldn't that be usefull?

you only need people to be able to drop furni in donation rooms where you can set it to everyone have third level.

I have sent that in to Habbo.
Nothing ever happened.
I sent it in when version 8 was released.

Yaa, many people have suggested this time and time again. It might not be as simple as it sounds to implement, or it might have been added by now (due to the number of these suggestions Habbo will have received). I could, however, see a drop-down menu (similar to the Habbo Club dance menu) with "No Rights", "Level One", "Level 2", and "Level 3".
