People dont mind letting these go a little cheaper.

Hammock:

I think the Hammock is stabel ATM however ive seen it go for a little more and less this is becasue someone really needed one and the other the owner just wanted rid.

Throne:

27.0CS - Once
27.5CS - Once
28.0CS - Twice
29.0CS - 3 Times

The throne looks like it's on the rise again as many people are willing to pay more becasue they know they will be able to sell it for the price they brought or a little more, i've seen many people pay between 27CS-29CS which seems to be its price ATM.

Alien Artifact # 1337:

1.5CS - Twice
1.7CS - Three times

The alien seems to be stable ATM around 1.5-1.7 it may reach 2.0CS nearer Hallowe'een. They are easily brought and sold for 1.5

Aloe Vera:

3.5CS - Once
4.0CS - Once

Aloes seem to be quite hard to find and when you do find them people are asking for more; hence the values above.

Chinese Lantern:

0.5CS - Once
0.8CS - Once
1.0CS - 3 times

I think the Habbox guide price is correct for this as many people have been paying over and under the guide price; may go up if china is in the next ATW.

Throne Sofa:

2.0CS - Once
2.5CS - 4 times
2.8CS - Once

Throne sofa seems to be rising back to 2.5CS. People don't mind paying alittle more also its getting a little popular as it is and ideal rare for this time of year [ Hallowe'en, christmas]

All other rares seem to be going at the Habbox guide price ATM.
