Okay so I sent channel4 an email about 5/6 weeks ago asking when LOST season 3 was coming back. I got the following reply:

In America the first Season 3 episode is starting on the 4th Oct...
From then people are taping the episode from Ebay and selling them... But this is illegal. So by Christmas you could buy a DVD and watch what episode the US is at... or wait till March/April when it finishes and buy it.
