Its all about water runes.. to be fair!
Buttt.. you could also do god armour? Start off with like.. helms/sheilds/legs and slowly move onto full sets. =]

sell full rune for 195-200k
buy deaths out rune stores(hopping worlds) max price is 224

Buy boltracks from the ghost port near the ecto place, sell them on the forums for 400+ each.

deaths,bloods, nats or chaos buy from mage guild or mage bank in wild for cheap sell for street price or buy god armor/ trimmed armors p2p cheap world 2 or forums sell in world 1 to high buying nubs since theres so many competiting to buy it they always raise prices
