    Thumbs up Needing a layout sliced and coded for free

    I need a layout sliced and coded please but i can't do it, if you are willing to slice and code it for me for free i would really appreciate it.
    I need...

    *Hits counter
    * Marquee (moving text)
    *Login section on homepage (username, p/w, pm's, etc)
    * cutenews
    * polls
    * Contact us page (inc. contact form, name, email, subject, message)


    If you can do this for free please post.

    No one is gonna get you a hit counter, a php user system ect for free.. Ill do it for £2
