    Default Flood Problem

    Hi. How are u?

Well...when I try to change the flood setings to all users and this error appear

(Sorry, I know that my english is...quite good)

Fatal Error: Could not open conf_global for writing - no changes applied. Try changing the CHMOD to 0777

So....if u can give me a solution I appreciate (is the...correct word?) it.

What message board system are you using? vBulletin, phpBB, Invision Board, or something else?

    Its quite simple to fix.
Firstly, you need to know if your host gives you FTP.
If your not sure, give me a link to your host!
