Wheres the closest iron mine to a bank?

I want to know where the closest iron mine is to a bank.

However u need to take these factors into consideration.

- Im only lvl 4, can't have
- Must be close to a bank
- Must be f2p

Theres probably somethiing else.
Perhaps mine iron in the dwarven mines and exit near Falador East bank via the mining guild?
