Can someone just post the symptoms?

I don't have a lump but it feels like a but bumpy at the back. I read they were veins coz there musat be a way to get the sperm from the ball swimming to the end

And I don't have blood coming out, no dragging feeling, but its sort of at the back. I dont know.

    Help ):

Lots of things it could be apart from that. A friend of mine had simliar and it was nothing to worry about just a tissue thickening but I think you should talk to your parents about it and get it checked.

It could possibly mean it effects 15 year olds + more so than it would to anyone under 15.

    What causes testicular cancer?
The causes of testicular cancer are unknown, but men born with an undescended testicle (one that remains in the abdominal cavity rather than descending into the scrotum) may be at greater risk of developing the disease.

Other factors that are thought to make testicular cancer more likely include:

having a brother who had testicular cancer
    fertility problems
being from a wealthier social group
having a rare complication of mumps called mumps orchitis (painful swelling of the testis)

Found that, hope it answered your question Herman.
