Basically, Habbo Friends allows you to submit a list onto Habbox naming and commenting on your best friends.
As these lists are to be submitted publicly, it is necessary for a team to trawl through these lists to make sure they do not contain any improper additions; if they do not, then they will be authorised and added to the system. This team is the team of Habbo Friends Moderators

And basically its a little script where people can send in lists about their friends. In a list you enter your Habbo Name, Best Friend, Desc of Best Friend, Other Friends, Desc of Other Friends, Favorite Hobba, and if they're on your list. Then its displayed publicly. You can also search our archives to see if any peple have put you as their friend.
