Eggy Bread!

Have you ever tried it?
Its a very nice snack (which is easy to make) :p

(This recipe is for 4 persons)
U will need: A frying pan
4 eggs
4 pieces of thick bread
Icing sugar

Instructions:
· Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk until a creamy liquid
· Personal choice here: either cut the crusts of the bread (nicer i think) or leave them as they are
· Grease up a frying pan
· Dip the bread (one piece at a time) into the bowl of eggy liquid
· When the bread is covered place it into the frying pan (one piece at a time)
· Cook until golden brown and serve
Best results when you use free range eggs,

Serve with icing sugar to add that sweet taste
