    You need to elaborate on what type of Flash Introduction you need as it can be any SWF file with a re-direction, do you want a basic Motion Tween, a cool Shape tween or something pretty advanced.

    You could check http://www.pixel2life.com for some tutorials and tips on how to achieve what you want.
