Does anyone know if or how can i make an sms system where people can donate buy vip etc

EXAMPLE- Habbox Vip you can use sms

i used that a while ago, had hell trying to set it up, made the mistake of using my own mobile to test if it was opetional... lost alot of money working out that it indeed did not!
