    http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=241033 Thats the thread (i think) Also when you do use the Habbo Help Tool if you choose 'None of the above' they will send you a automated email telling you FAQ's if that dosn't help then send a reply to the email they sent you telling them what your problem is
