And what should I train?

the magic axe hut in the wildy is best for afk trainin

Take picklock 3-4 best items in armour n weap

maybe some food but doubt youll need it and can leave for bout 20 mins me thinks before ya have to run east and come back in again

you only need 1 lock pick it doesnt take ya pick awa when you enter

Is there any other places? Other than bandit camp which is too high for me (only 70 def)

You wont get pked once inside the hut because it isnt multi and the axes auto attack you, also it is pretty clsoe to ardy lever so pretty good chances of getting in pk free =)
