Who ca help me make a menu?

For the new version of my website, i wanted to have a dropdown/javascript/DHTML menu like the one in the following sites:

Does anyone know a good program for making them?

Basically version 4 will soon be in the making

First though, i gotta work on getting some money for advertising and upgrading my hosting. You should see how many pages i have planned on having.

It's best feature...i hope...will be the forum and some media i will be hosting. rare MP3's, Videos and pictures. I am planning on having thousands of pictures.
