Adding to what I said, maybe you should ask her to go out with you sometime, like to the cinema or ice-skating or summin, just you and her, and keep going out together, and see how it feels, you never know something could happen between you. It might be awkward for her aswell, as she sees you as a friend, and also might not want to ruin the friendship, so maybe tell her how you feel, You dont need to be full on "I fancy you".
