Then our hands
They came apart
I became too frightened
To carry on
Now I see you slipping away
Our hands, just a fingertip
All that I knew, just slipping
I guess it is really, all my fault
I wouldn't back down
Now I miss you
Yet you're not gone
You're right by my side
I can't really say I didn't love you
I can't really say I didn't cry
I can't really say I know what to do
But you've slipped away
Now I know how lonely feels
This awful pain stabbing my heart
I miss you, now you're gone
I miss you
You've slipped away
You're just a memory
Of all that we had
And all we used to be
