Well, it would be good to be able to rent out rooms, and the room owner and name can be changed, but cant be removed. So people can pay furni or owner can give rent out for free, and people will think its thers, so like Rare casinos, people and rent out the furni and room to make a good room. And if you rent out furni, it will be moved into your account within a few days, hours or minutes.

You can do that anyway, just make it so the room owner isn't shown, give that person rights and put their name in the room name. I used to run an event hire scheme using this
